Our Passion for BBQ
For me, barbecue isn’t just food—it’s family, tradition, and the joy of gathering around fire and flavor. My love for the grill started as a kid, standing next to my dad as he timed a steak to perfection with nothing more than his trusty watch and a steady hand over the flames. That’s where I first learned that great BBQ isn’t just about cooking—it’s about patience, precision, and putting love into every bite.
From backyard rib fests with friends to long afternoons tending wood-fired smoke, I’ve always found happiness in feeding people. There’s nothing quite like the smell of smoldering wood, the sound of sizzling meat, and the look on someone’s face when they take that first bite of something you’ve poured your heart into.
After 25 years of fluorescent lights and cubicle walls, I knew it was time to trade in the desk job for a smoker and apron. Now, I get to do what I love every single day—bringing bold, smoky flavors to the table and creating meals that bring people together. Whether it’s ribs that fall off the bone, brisket kissed by hours of wood smoke, or sides that feel like home, my mission is simple: serve up unforgettable BBQ that’s as authentic as it is delicious.
